The past few days I’ve been working on a cart for my dust collection:
Just to show you how much dust/chips a few projects create:

Thanks to the Dust Deputy almost no chips/dust is collected in the shop vac itself, it works really great!
A litte “bad” news as well:
While engraving some plexiglas my dust shoe got caught on a screw that held the material down (my own fault, placed it too low). Because of this it turned away at the exact moment that the router plunged down for the next part of the engraving. As a result in plunged right into the edge of the dust shoe 🙁
The damaged doesn’t limit the functionality of the dust shoe, so no harm done there, but it doesn’t look too good of course. Who knows I might change the damage parts in the future.
